Video KYC

Eligibility:

• The user shall be a citizen of India residing in the State of Andhra Pradesh. The location is validated based on the location updated with UIDAI
• The user’s location should be within India while performing Video KYC
• The age of the user should be 18 years and above

Documents Required:

• The user should have a valid aadhaar card with his/her mobile number linked to the aadhaar. The original aadhaar card should be readily available for showcasing during video KYC process
• The user should have original PAN card readily available to showcase during Video KYC process
• The user should not have any existing accounts or previously held any account with the Bank

Working Hours:

• Video KYC facility is available to the users from Monday to Saturday on all working days between 10 AM to 4 PM (except on second and fourth Saturdays)
